Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the VI

Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the VI

Bougainvillea and Monarch in the Virgin Islands

It is already October and that means a month-long of Halloween music, themed parties, cool crisp air and pumpkin spice lattes (the latter for those that happen to be stateside, at least). October also means breast cancer awareness month! Because we cover local businesses and of course support this cause (we are women-owned by the way), we thought it would be nice to shout out the amazing local businesses that are spending their time, efforts and money on raising awareness so that you can go support them and know you are also contributing to the cause.

Cancer Support VI is behind many of these events and specials so before moving on we wanted to be sure to mention their name. If you would like to contribute directly to them, you can find their website with information on how to help here: https://www.cancersupportvi.com/support-us
