You will never need to leave the resort and Beachside Escape, but if you choose to, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook… shopping, bars, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
Island Dream Vacations can assist in coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excurtions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, and housekeeping services.

If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we may refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than Hurricanes, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
