Cancel Policy: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we may refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, except Hurricanes Cat 3+, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
